Theme Park in Southern Utah?

Indoor ski resort in Hurricane, Utah? How about a high speed roller coaster in the same building?

Our World Family, LLC has been searching Southern Utah to find the perfect location for their proposed multi-million dollar indoor theme park, which will primarily be operated by a large Private School which they propose to bring here as well. The theme park will include an indoor ski resort (similar to the one in Dubai), roller coasters, horse amenities, and more.

The premise of the whole project is to establish a prestigious state of the art private school with students from Kindergarten to up through the Collegiate level. Students will operate the large indoor theme park and as part of their curriculum where they will learn essential business skills. Upon graduation, students will be encouraged to become entrepreneurs and the school will help finance the business. In return, the school will maintain 10% interest in the business.

Our World Family anticipates the project will bring several thousand jobs into Southern Utah, bring new residents, and help jump start the Washington County economy.

The project is in the preliminary stages and has several Hurricane residents sitting on the fence. Is this too good to be true?How will this affect our community? I guess only time will tell. Give us your thoughts and feedback about what you think?
