St. George Airport, Groundbreaking
St. George Utah airport is finally here. After several years of “talk,” about the the airport moving forward, we will soon have visual confirmation that something is happening.
October 17, high noon, there will be a groundbreaking ceremony at the site of the new airport in St. George. The total cost of the airport is estimated to be $175 million. The plans, logo, and further information will be shared with on lookers during the groundbreaking.
This is a big event and a big move for Washington County and the city of St. George. As the area grows there are more opportunities for business owners to move thier business into the St. George area. With the expansion of the larger airport the St. George commercial real estate market is sure to grow.
